Building A Renaissance Album Part 3

14)   Slide the opacity control until the desired effect is achieved

15)   You can now create your own nodes by clicking the 'Draw' button which will turn the cursor into cross-hairs

Click anywhere inside the layout and drag, this will create a new node and shows with a light blue border

16)   Drag and drop another image into the new node

17)   Click the 'Edit' button again and the cursor will turn into small blue directional arrows when in the vicinity of the new node. Click and drag to resize or rotate as you need

18)   To add a stroke (border) to the image make sure the node is active by clicking 'Edit' and clicking the node (active editable nodes always show with a blue border) and then click the 'Stroke' button. A new pane opens showing a swatch of colours.

19)   Click the tickbox (Stroke) and choose the colour/width and opacity of the new stroke and it will show around the image

20)   To add a drop shadow to the node, click the 'Shadow' button and a new pane of controls will show. Experiment with the sliders until you are happy with the result (please note that the template shows in low resolution for viewing)

21)   The image on the template should show your choice of drop shadow
